James Coker Land worked with Knight Frank to put together proposals to sell a former community leisure centre and swimming pool in Oxford.
Oxford City Council, the client, wanted to realise the maximum potential value of the site for Residential Development. The site was offered to the market inviting offers – and was eventually sold after a detailed consent had been granted.
